Frequently Asked Questions
Is the free session really free?
Yes — every first-time visitor receives a complimentary 15-minute session with either the iTeraCare Pro Plus or iTeraCare Bio at no cost. The only paid session at your first visit is the Magnoseek AI health scan, which is priced separately.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, loose clothing. For the iTeraCare wand session, avoid thick layers over target areas. For the Bio foot device, you'll need to remove socks and shoes.
Is it safe for everyone?
Terahertz therapy is non-invasive and drug-free. However, we ask that pregnant women, people with pacemakers, or those with active cancer consult their doctor before booking. Our facilitators will also ask screening questions at check-in.
Can I bring someone with me?
Absolutely. Distributors are welcome to bring clients for their free session. The referral will be logged to your distributor account.
What happens after the free session?
Nothing, unless you choose otherwise. If you'd like a longer paid session or want to purchase a package, your facilitator will guide you. There is no obligation to buy anything.
How long is the full paid session?
Paid sessions run for 60 minutes at a subsidised rate. You can book consecutive Thursdays for an ongoing protocol — clients on a recovery plan typically attend for 4–8 consecutive weeks.
